Owen Gent is a 26 year old Illustrator currently based in Bristol in the South West England. Graduating with a first class illustration degree from Falmouth University in 2013, Owen was also given the ‘Outstanding Achievement in Illustration’ for that year. Since then Owen has continued to work as a freelance illustrator and designer, building on his portfolio and skill base whilst working with a wide variety of clients. Though working with mainly traditional painting & drawing techniques, Owen adopts a unique and deft approach to digital editing which allows a high degree of flexibility, without affecting the sensitive, hand painted nature of his work. A professional approach and a consistent, individual style has helped Owen to be published internationally, and to create a substantial and growing interest in his illustration work worldwide.
