Born in Taiwan, spend her adolescence experience frog catching in rice filed, shrimp catching in river, having banana leaves to wear as slippers... near by grandmother's house in the country side every year of summer, then she move to Australia had a brief time there, it was the place where she found out that lemon is in yellow on this side of land, back where she comes from lemons are green! Everything seem sunny'n'bright, it is so relaxed that people could walk around bare feet. She loved it there.
At age 19 she was offered a place in Chelsea School of Art & Design to experience a whole different kind of culture'n'surroundings, lived in England since then, till she graduated from Central Saint Martins with an MA in Communication Design, got a commendation for her studio work. And now she lives and works in Taipei.
She likes stories, sometimes she comes up with her own: "Once upon a time, there is a little yellow dot, lives in a place call A. One day the little yellow dot travel from the place call A to a place call B, and came back. He thought that was fun. The second day, the little yellow dot thought he would travel to a place call C, and so he did, but then he vanished! "
"I didn't like the book. It was so boring. It bores me, so I throw it on to my roof and call it a ugly pig. The book start to cry.........then my house all start to rain, became a swimming pool. I start to swim in my house. Then it not boring anymore!!"
